**Job Description**

- As an RN, you will provide care to patients, primarily within Long-Term Care settings. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with your team, patients, and families to provide total care.

**Requirements**

- Must have an active license in Massachusetts
- 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care setting is strongly preferred
- Certification from an accredited school
- Active CPR certification
- Compliant with facility requirements for immunizations, background check, drug screening, etc.

Helps patients moving to/from treatment area by pushing them in wheelchairs or providing support during ambulation. Performs some clerical tasks such as ordering supplies, answering the phone, and completing paperwork. Who you are: Qualifications: Associate degree in an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Minimum one year of experience, preferably in a clinic setting. Rhode Island licesnse.
