**Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab**

Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston, Virginia is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab. This position offers a full-time day shift with no weekends or holidays.

**Job Description**

- Responsible for pre-, intra-, and post-recovery of cardiac cath lab patients.
- Procedures include catheterization, ICD implant, loop recorder implant, pacemaker implant, peripheral angiogram, and echocardiogram transesophageal echo (TEE) testing.
- Sedate and monitor vitals and responsiveness during sedation.
- Will consider candidates with cath lab, interventional radiology, scrub, or pre-post recovery experience.
- Assess and admit patients, perform rounding checks, administer medications, communicate with family members, and ensure overall patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
