Lead the development and implementation of medical protocols for detox and addiction treatment programs. Collaborate with the executive team to identify and implement clinical process improvements. Ensure regulatory compliance across all treatment programs in Maine and New Hampshire. Collaborate with FL Medical Director to ensure regulatory compliance and sharing of best practices. Participate in program audits and ensure quality standards are maintained. Engage with stakeholders, including clinical staff, patients, and families, to ensure high-quality care and communication.
