- Education/Training: Meets all educational requirements to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and a Florida-licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
  
- Licensure/Certification: Meets all of the following:
  - Maintains current Florida Nursing License - Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
  - Certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current National Advanced Practice Certification from a nursing specialty board recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing (i.e., Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists or their predecessors).
  - Maintains current certification in Healthcare Provider/BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
