- Participates in the quality assessment processes developed by Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital and the Anesthesiology Department.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Bayfront Medical Group policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Bayfront Medical Group policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**

- Education/Training: Meets all educational requirements to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and a Florida-licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
  
- Licensure/Certification: 
  - Maintains current Florida Nursing License - Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
  - Certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current National Advanced Practice Certification from a nursing specialty board recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing (i.e., Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists or their predecessors).
  - Maintains current certification in Healthcare Provider/BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
