**Neonatologist**

St. Luke's Neonatology is seeking a full-time Neonatologist to join our collaborative team of 12 board-certified Neonatologists and 25 APPs to support NICUs across four St. Luke's locations.

**Job Description**

- Employed practice covering four NICUs across southwestern and central Idaho:
  - St. Luke's Children's Hospital, Boise Level IV NICU (minus cardiac surgery and ECMO)
  - Largest NICU in Idaho
  - 800 annual admissions
  - Full complement of pediatric subspecialists
  - St. Luke's Magic Valley, Twin Falls Level III NICU

The Neonatology team provides coverage in Boise, Meridian, Nampa and Twin Falls, The selected individual will be working with a team of 12 BC Neonatologists and 22 APPs: <ul><li> This employed-provider practice covers the largest and most comprehensive NICU in the state, as well as three other facilities in southwestern Idaho. </li><li> The Boise NICU (61 beds) is Level 4 (minus cardiac surgery and ECMO) with a comprehensive team of pediatric subspecialists available. In addition to a rotating schedule of 24 hour shifts, 10-hour day shifts, two APPs cover in-house night call (with an in-house Neonatologist) comprised of a 16-hour shift (5p to 9a) and a 12-hour swing shift (8p to 8a). </li><li> Our two Level 2 NICUs are located in Meridian (13 beds) and Nampa (15 beds). APPs cover 24-hour in-house shifts at these facilities. </li><li> The St. Luke's Magic Valley NICU in Twin Falls (Level 3) has beds for up to 18 infants.
