Regional Clinical Support Specialist - Hospice

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all direct patient and family care team members, including Nurses, Supportive Care, and Home Health Aides.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Ensure eligibility processes are adhered to and assessments are conducted timely by qualified team members.
• Support the development and review of interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.
• Monitor staffing to ensure adequate personnel for delivery of patient and family services.

Requirements:

• Associates degree.
• Registered Nurse License in state(s) practicing.
• Minimum 1-year management and supervisory experience in hospice or home health agency.
• Minimum 3-years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population-specific nursing.
• Ability to travel 4 days per week (100% Nationwide Travel).

Compensation:

• Salary: $130,000 to $165,000 DOE.
