Job Description:
- Work at the top of your licensure providing customized care.
- Develop plans of care under physician guidance using nursing theories, skills, and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all direct patient and family care team members, including Nurses, Supportive Care, and Home Health Aides.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
- Ensure eligibility processes are adhered to and assessments are conducted timely by qualified team members.
- Support the development and review of interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.
- Monitor staffing to ensure adequate personnel for delivery of patient and family services.
Requirements:
- Associates degree.
- Registered Nurse License in state(s) practicing.
- Minimum 1-year management and supervisory experience in hospice or home health agency.
- Minimum 3-years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population-specific nursing.
- Ability to travel 4 days per week (100% Nationwide Travel).
Compensation:
- Salary: $130,000 to $165,000 DOE.
