Join our team at a Level I Trauma Center and Designated Stroke Center. This position offers a 3-month assignment beginning in November, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic inpatient, hospital-based setting.

Job Description

• Night shift: 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday, and every 4th weekend
• Manage 10 patients per day
• Work autonomously with a supervising physician on call 24/7
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures and laceration repair; no OR or first assist responsibilities
• Responsibilities include rounding, consults, and postoperative care
• Must have a basic understanding of acute neurosurgical and stroke emergencies, ICU care, neurosurgical elective procedures, and postoperative management
• EMR system used: eCare/Cerner
