Job Description

• Provide essential medical care and monitor residents' health to ensure their well-being.
• Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to manage care plans, administer medications, and assist with daily health needs.
• Enhance the quality of life for residents, fostering a safe and caring environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be registered and licensed as an LPN in the state of Minnesota.
• Must have a current CPR certification.
• Working every other weekend and some holidays is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced short-stay rehab unit.
