Job Description:

• Starting Nursing Assistant wage $18.33/hour
• Shift Differential up to $3.00/hour
• Up to $3,000 sign & stay bonus

Job Requirements:

• No prior nursing or medical experience is required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
• Must be able to pass MN Background Check

Position Overview:

• Provide hands-on personal care
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
• Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities + more

Comprehensive Training & CNA Certification:

• CNA training program = 75 hours
• Hybrid program: training is online and in-person
• Paid Training
