    Job Description:

    • Lead and Supervise: Directly oversee and train primary care providers (PCPs) in your assigned center, ensuring top-notch clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
    • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed.
    • Team Management: Lead your care team, including medical assistants and coordinators. Engage with hospitalists and transitional care teams for patients in various settings.
    • Operational Leadership: Conduct weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist in recruiting and patient outreach.

    Requirements:

    • Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty. Board certification preferred; Board eligibility required.
    • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred, especially within ChenMed.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
