Primary Care Physician

Job Description

• Work/life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule (admin time included)
• Small patient panel size: 450 patients maximum (our physicians see patients an average of once per month)
• Very light triaged telephonic call only
• No hospital rounding or call
• 29 days off

Practice Profile

• Primary care practice providing VIP service to senior patients through preventative patient care
• Full front and back office support for each physician
• Nurses, case management, social workers
• In-house consulting specialists
• On-site lab and prescription dispensary

Requirements

• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine; board eligible if still completing training
• Licensed or in the process of being licensed in the state where the position is offered
• Open to residents and fellows
• Open to J1 candidates
