    Job Description:

    • Conduct necessary assessments, including the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), and functional behavioral assessments (FBA) that will drive the treatment plan and ABA programs.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans with goals, objectives, and interventions, in collaboration with the family, and monitor client progress towards goals.
    • Supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, functional assessment, and treatment plan implementation.
    • Provide ABA therapy to children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the home, school, and community settings.
    • Transfer treatment plan implementation skills to all mediators, such as parents, teachers, and caregivers.
    • Develop appropriate behavioral data collection systems for regular intervals to evaluate treatment plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
    • Graph clinical data on active treatment goals to monitor progress and facilitate necessary programming changes.
    • Utilize clinical outcome measures and regularly collected individualized data to graph, monitor progress, update treatment plan interventions, and develop discharge/aftercare plans.
    • Consult and coordinate regularly with all mediators of the treatment plan, including parents, teachers, and caregivers.
    • Collaborate with schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other related disciplines.
