Job Description:
- Conduct necessary assessments, including the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), and functional behavioral assessments (FBA) that will drive the treatment plan and ABA programs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with the family and monitor client progress towards goals.
- Supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and treatment plan implementation.
- Provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in various settings, including home, school, and community.
- Transfer treatment plan implementation skills to all mediators, such as parents, teachers, and caregivers.
- Develop appropriate behavioral data collection systems to evaluate treatment plans and achieve individual goals.
- Graph clinical data on active treatment goals to monitor progress and facilitate necessary programming changes.
- Utilize clinical outcome measures and individualized data to monitor progress, update treatment plans, and develop discharge/aftercare plans.
- Consult and coordinate regularly with all mediators of the treatment plan.
- Collaborate with schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other related disciplines.
