Radiologic Technologist
Job Description:
- Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
- Developing and identifying radiographs, including proper identification of film, date, and time
- Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completing forms on clinical tasks, etc., and various filing duties
- Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
- Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
- Operating equipment such as Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm
- Burning patient CDs
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience as a staff technologist
- Completion of a two-year program in Radiology Technology is required
- Associate's Degree in Radiology Science is preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- RT Technologist experience preferred
- ARRT Registered Technologist required
- Delaware license
- Certification in CPR
- Flexibility in hours and duties is required
