Out Patient Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description:

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop and implement appropriate treatment programs to include family-specific goals and time frames
Provide patient and family education and training
Complete all documentation related to patient care

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR CF Certification
CPR Certification
