Job Description:

• Work a minimum of two weekend days per month, with the option to pick up additional weekday or weekend shifts as available
• Assess and treat adults with communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient acute and rehabilitation settings
• Emphasize patient-family centered care and specialize in a variety of services with a dynamic interdisciplinary/trans-disciplinary team approach

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment programs to include family-specific goals and time frames
• Provide patient and family education and training

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CF Certification
• CPR Certification
• Acute care experience preferred
