Join our private practice located in Queens, New York, which was founded in 2013. Today, we encompass more than 500 employees supporting over 200 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, who together serve more than 200,000 patients each year. We operate nearly 100 locations throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island, providing full scope primary care, with specialty centers for gastroenterology, cardiology, physiatry, oncology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, and more.

Job Description

• See a variable number of patients per day, depending upon types of appointments scheduled
• Collaborate with a supervising physician as needed
• Perform physical examinations and patient assessments
• Obtain medical histories
• Manage a range of patient health and wellness issues
• Coordinate care
• Provide preventive health services
• Order laboratory and diagnostic procedures as needed
• Prescribe medications as needed
• Review lab results and propose plans of action according to results
• Counsel and educate patients and families
• Assist in overall patient quality management

The practice uses the MDLand EHR.

Requirements

• New York NP license
• Prescriptive authority
• Must be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
• Some experience preferred; new graduates will be considered on an individual basis

Compensation

• $135,000 to $150,000+ base salary, dependent upon experience

Schedule

• Full-time
