Job Description

• Energetic individual who enjoys working with children with Autism
• Support our kids with autism by implementing a behavior support plan that teaches functional language skills, developmental milestones, self-help skills, self-advocacy skills, social skills, and customized programs as we put our patients first in their journey with us
• Work collaboratively with our team and be able to grow with feedback
• Get direct support and clinical supervision from our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and staff
• Learn how to collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan
• Daily attendance is critical as we service our kids in their early intervention programs

Requirements

• Applicants from various backgrounds are welcome to apply. Some backgrounds that lend themselves well to this position are:
  • Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher
  • Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians
  • Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher
  • Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred)
  • Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Assistant
