Job Description:

• Provide patient care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting under direction from the clinical chairman
• Specialize in spinal cord injuries, amputees, concussions, strokes, and traumatic brain injuries

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Successful completion of a residency program

Licensure:

• AZ MD License
• AZ licensed physician Anesthesiologist
• Board qualified or certified
• Credentialed SJHMC
• Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies

Pay Range:

$80.00 - $750.25 /hour
