Job Description:
- Work as a vital member of the patient care team.
- Provide primary medical direction and coordination within the occupational health program.
- Examine patients and compile medical data and examination results.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests.
- Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
- Perform therapeutic procedures like injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
- Instruct and counsel patients on compliance with therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
- Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes.
- Assist in the development and revision of policies affecting medical practice judgment and the quality of occupational health care.
- Provide an excellent, compassionate, and warm patient experience.
- Adapt to changing business needs and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, clients, supervisors, and peers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related health field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
- Board Certification.
- FMCSA NRCME certification required prior to start date.
- DEA required prior to start date.
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred, or willingness to train.
- Procedural proficiency preferred (e.g., laceration repairs, suturing, foreign body removals).

This position offers a compensation rate ranging from $139,000.00 to $172,000.00 annually, depending on factors such as experience and geographic location.
