    Job Description:

    • 12 hour shifts (3)
    • Provide direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience
    • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure
    • Monitor key clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes
    • Manage clinicians and support staff, complying with APC supervisory requirements
    • Create a professional and collaborative working environment promoting teamwork, quality, and patient safety
    • Work with DMO to implement changes ensuring continuous clinical improvement
    • Master use of clinical systems for efficiency and excellent supportive documentation
    • Ensure compliance with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations
    • Drive patient and client experience metrics
    • Communicate with employers on new injuries and significant clinical changes
    • Participate in CLT meetings to improve quality, patient safety, and center’s business development
    • Maintain and cultivate relationships with center clients and payers
    • Manage clinical and support staffing levels to optimize patient satisfaction and workflows
    • Promote Orange Book values for all center colleagues
    • Develop colleague success through all aspects of the talent life cycle
    • Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
    • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
    • Procedural skills
    • Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
    • Occupational Medicine experience preferred

    Compensation:

    This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $142,500.00 - $170,800.00 plus Float Stipend and monthly and quarterly bonus potential, depending on factors such as experience, location, and seniority.
