Job Description:

• Dental Director needed, including 3 hours of admin work weekly
• Community Health facility with a history of 50 years, comprising 25 locations and over 600 employees
• Office hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, one long day 11am-7pm, and 1 Saturday per month
• Full medical services offered on-site, including women's health
• 6 operatories, 1 assistant, 1 hygienist, 1 office manager, 1 front desk worker
• Team-focused environment prioritizing team needs
• Private practice atmosphere without the burdens of administrative work
• Newly renovated facilities with up-to-date equipment including panoramic view
• Payer mix includes Medicare, Commercial Plans, and payment plans
• Patients primarily adults, with some children
• General dentistry services including Endo, Fillings, Extractions (at provider's discretion), Dentures, Crowns, and Bridges
• Team-building family activities such as annual Christmas party, summer bash, Thanksgiving potluck, and restaurant events
• EMR: ECW
• Open to Visa candidates

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation is straight pay of $205k plus percentage or profit
• $5k sign-on/relocation assistance
• Student loan reimbursement programs of $50k for the first 2 years
• Continuing Education: $2,500 plus 5 days
• 28 days PTO, 9 holidays, 8 sick days
• 401k after 1 year with up to 3% provider salary
