Job Description

• Community health facility with 4 locations made up of 90+ employees
• Location of need: Perryville and Cape Girardeau, MO
• Office hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Full medical offered on site
• 12 operatories, 1 other full-time DDS, 2 assistants, and 2 hygienists
• Team-focused: prioritizes the needs of the team over their own
• Busy office - booking 1.5 months out
• Perryville facility is celebrating ten years (new building in 2014) with up-to-date equipment
• Payer mix: 50% Medicaid, 25% sliding fee, and 25% insurance
• Patients: 60% children and 40% adults
• General dentistry - endodontics, fillings, extractions, crowns, and bridges
• Team-building family activities such as the annual Christmas party, baseball games, movie nights, and tailgating events
• EMR: Athena Practice
• Mentorship available

Benefits

• Compensation is straight pay of $200-$215k+ with incentive plans that can add $15k annually (from billable encounters)
• $15k sign-on/relocation assistance
