Practice Overview:

• Christ focused organization - Mission to serve hurting families in Lancaster County
• Offers residential programs, emergency shelter, foodbanks, mentoring, and our community health clinic
• Lead clinically - Minimal/no administrative duties
• Completely free clinic - By appointment only
• 4 chairs, digital X-Rays, up to date Resin Materials (no Amalgam, unless requested), large selection of instruments, Dentrix EMR
• Can do crowns, partials, dentures, and more
• 99 percent adult patients, though ability to add peds if provider desires
• Support staff to include Hygienist, Assistant, Tech, and an amazing network of volunteers
• Pick your schedule - 24 to 32 hours per week
• Focus is the overall well-being of the patient - "May have appointments where you get to talking about life, and don't even do dentistry"

Compensation and Benefits:

• 150K base salary for full time (32 hours)
• 50K student loan assistance through NHSC
• PTO and schedule Flexibility
• Up to 5K relocation
