Licensed Occupational Therapist
Fraser is seeking passionate Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! Job Description:
- Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor's order, and establish appropriate treatment goals.
- Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor's order.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
- Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
- Maintain clean equipment in good repair.
- Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
- Communicate appropriate aspects of the client's program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.
Requirements:
- Licensed or eligible for license by the Minnesota Department of Health required (Minimum of temporary license).
- Ability to pass DHS Background check.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with acceptable record is preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required.
- Eligible for membership in the appropriate national organization required.

Compensation:
- The starting pay range for this role is $70,000- $73,000 annually. Actual pay will depend on qualifications.
