Location: Boise, ID

Job Description:

• Practice in a hospital-based setting
• Work shifts of 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts
• Handle trauma cases with spinal blocks (no regional anesthesia)
• Must be proficient in OB care and capable of working independently
• Serve a patient demographic that includes adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric patients, with 90% over the age of 12
• Call requirements include weekend call work (pager, not in-house)

Facility Details:

• Trauma Level: II
• Number of ORs: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
• EMR System: EPIC

Compensation:

• Rate: $190-$205/hr
• Overtime Rate: $205-$220/hr
• Weeknight Call: $350 flat per nightly call shift + OT hourly rate for each hour called in
• Weekend Call: $700 flat per 24-hour call shift + OT hourly rate for each hour called in

Requirements:

• CRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR, and ID license required

Credentialing:

• Time-Frame: 90 days
