Job Description:

Shifts: 8 and 10-hour shifts available
Call: Beeper call, 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month. 30-minute response time
Cases: Cardioversions, Endoscopy, ENT, General Surgery, Healthy Peds, Orthopedics, SAB, Spine, Urology, USGRA, LE
Supervision: Medical Supervision
EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

CRNA, SC license, ACLS, BLS, PALS required

Additional Information:

Credentialing Time Frame: Approximately 6-8 weeks
Pay rate: $215-220/hr
On call: $225
