Location: Tiffin, OH

Job Description:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Call is negotiable, 1 night per week
No weekends and no holidays
Case Mix: Ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology TEE, cardioversion
GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robot

Support and Environment:

CRNA only practice, 4-5 CRNAs per day, autonomous/independent setting
Runs 3-4 ORs daily, including OR, Endo, OB & cardiology
The team averages 17 cases per day
EMR System: EPIC

Requirements:

CRNA, ACLS, BLS, and OH license required

Credentialing:

Time-Frame: 60-90 days

Compensation:

Rate: $195-205/hr
