Job Description:

Full time only (36 - 40 hours)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (No nights or weekends)
Shifts: (With one "off" shift per month)
- 7am - 3pm
- 7am - 5pm
- 7am - 7pm
Case Mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, Ophthalmology, OB, and Urology (No Peds or Hearts)
CRNAs do not handle their own peripheral regional blocks
Supervised role
No call required
EMR System: EPIC

Requirements:

CRNA certification
ACLS and BLS certifications
Valid VA license
