Family Medicine job in Parkville MD

Job Description:

• 240K plus productivity bonus based on RVUs and experience
• BC/BE
• Start July 2024
• Combination of outpatient and SNF
• See ages 16 years and older
• Monday through Friday 40-hour schedule
• Schedule: 8am-12noon outpatient; 1pm-4pm SNF
• 22 patients in total per day (between both places)
• One Saturday a month to work from 9 am to 2 pm (only office patients, usually see about 5 to 8 patients office only)
• No phone call - NP will take call
• No nights
• RVU bonus above 22 patients - each additional patient is paid based on RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
