Family Medicine Physician

Location: Eastern Oregon, about an hour south of Eugene

Job Description:

• BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
• 40+ provider multispecialty group
• M-F 7-4 or 8-5
• 18-22 patients per day in clinic; all ages
• Option for outpatient only
• Most providers also see the practice's patients in the hospital
• Inpatient call is 4 days out of every 6 weeks, 8am-5pm. No clinic when on call.
• Athena EMR
• Clinic is set up in teams of 2 MDs and 1 PA
• 32 clinic hours and one admin day per week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay of $264,000 plus bonuses based on productivity beyond MGMA average
• Full benefits: family health insurance, vision, dental, disability
• 401k with 6% match
• 144 hours PTO
• 5 days CME plus $7000 annual stipend
• $25,000 sign on
• $15,000 relocation
• For residents: $1500/mo stipend available for remainder of training
• Qualifies for HHSC or state loan repayment programs
