Gynecologist

Location: Central Florida, The Villages

Job Description:

• Opportunity for a full-time, board-certified Gynecologist to join our multi-specialty group.
• The incoming physician will be office-based, joining 3 gynecologists and 1 nurse practitioner.
• Work out of a new state-of-the-art facility.
• Provide gynecologic clinic and surgical services.
• There is no Obstetrics.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive gynecologic assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients within our internal referral network of over 80 Primary Care Providers.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about gynecology health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, changes in health status, and evolving clinical findings.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or certified.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care.
