Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician. Make an impact by serving the underserved population. Spanish language proficiency is required. This is a full-time permanent outpatient-only position with no nights and no weekends.

Job Description

• Work Monday through Friday with small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)
• Engage in a value-based care model with competitive bonuses structured to reward outcomes
• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
