Internal Medicine job in Kankakee IL

Job Description:

• Monday-Friday outpatient clinic
• Join an existing collegial practice
• Existing panel of patients
• EPIC EMR
• Minimal weekday call, rotating weekend call schedule (from home)
• Recruiting an Internal Medicine physician/NP. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, friendly, and team-oriented individual who seeks to collaborate with other providers and administrative staff to provide the best patient care.
• Practice hours are primarily Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with typically one later evening during the week.
• Currently, there are three existing Internal Medicine physicians and three nurse practitioners.
• Physicians in the practice see anywhere from 16-22 patients a day with time set aside for charting.
