Internal Medicine Physician

Location: Greenville, SC

Job Description:

• Seeking a Board-Certified IM, FM, or Geriatric Medicine Physician
• Make an impact on seeing the underserved population
• Part-time permanent Outpatient Only position
• Office is open Monday to Friday; no nights, no weekends
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)
• Value-based care model and competitive bonuses structured to reward outcomes
• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
