Palliative Medicine Physician

Job Description:

• Board eligible/board certified Palliative Medicine
• Inpatient setting
• Established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker
• Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred

Education:

• Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or General Surgery
• Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship

Schedule and Compensation:

• Monday - Friday (5 days/40 hours per week)
• Salary: $250K guarantee with additional medical director earnings available
• $50K sign on/$50K start date incentives
• Relocation and full benefits package
