Pediatric Physician Traditional Practice

Location: Northern Vermont

Job Description:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician
• If Board Eligible, sitting at next available exam
• MD or DO
• Plans and carries out medical care program for children from birth through adolescence to aid in mental and physical growth and development
• Examines patients to determine presence of disease and to establish preventive health practices
• Determines nature and extent of disease or injury, prescribes and administers medications and immunizations, and performs a variety of medical duties
• Traditional practice, sees own patients if they go to hospital
• Attends C-sections and deliveries
• Call team 1:4

Requirements:

• Vermont Medical License
• Athena EMR is utilized
