Job Description:

• Coverage from March 3, 2025, to January 5, 2026
• Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
• General Cardiology Hospital Rounds and Call Assignments Weekdays and Weekends
  • General 7 am - 5 pm, General 5 pm - 7 am
• General Cardiology Ambulatory Clinic New Patients
  • Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm
• Nuclear Cardiology Interpretations 24 Call assignment as the reader on call - Highly Preferred
• Specific Dates:
  • March 3-10, 10-17, 17-24, 31 - Apr 7
  • May 5-12, 19-26, 26 - June 2
  • June 9-16, 27 - July 7
  • July 18-28
  • August 29 - Sept 8
  • October 13-27
  • November 21 - Dec 1
  • December 19 - Jan 5, 2026

Clinical Details:

• Outpatient and inpatient
• Patients per shift: 9-12
• Beds in department: 29
• Rounding patients: assigned
• Trauma level 2
• General Cardiology Clinic and Call Coverage with Echo, Nuclear Support
• General Cardiology Hospital Rounds and Call Assignments Weekdays and Weekends

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Active MT License or IMLC in Hand
• Fellowship - Preferred
• ACLS
• Required Skills: Outpatient - Cardiology, Inpatient - Cardiology, (ICU)
• Certified in reading Nuclear studies - Highly Preferred

Call:

• Beeper
• Call response time required: 20 mins
• Phone consults

Support Staff:

• 1 RN
• 1 MA
• Participation and supervision of Advanced Practitioners with 3 other General Cardiology, there are 6 supporting APPs for General Cardiology
• 5 Office staff
