Emergency Medicine Physician

Job Description:

• Coverage needed from March 3 - ongoing
• Flexible scheduling, 9-15 shifts a month with schedules posted a year in advance
• Locums to perm is a possibility

Schedule:

• Scheduled clinic hours with no call
• Shift: Standard 5, Day (12 Hours) 6:00 - 18:00
• Options: 6a-6p, 6p-6a OR 7a-7p, 7p-6a

Clinical Details:

• Physician will manage multiple patients with serious and non-serious illnesses and injuries, including heart attacks, stroke, motor vehicle accidents, severe infections, and pneumonia
• Perform assessments, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments as needed to resuscitate or stabilize patients
• Refer patients to the appropriate medical departments

Requirements:

• Board Certified EM or FM Required
• Active IN License Required
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
• Active DEA Required
• Active IN CSR Required
• Charting Experience: Epic
• Trauma Level II Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years Experience Required
