    Clinical Information:

    • Level 2 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
    • 25 Bed ED
    • 27,000 Annual Visits
    • 30% Admission rate
    • 26 hours of physician coverage: 7 am-3 pm; 2 pm-10 pm; 9 pm-7 am
    • 12-20 hours of APP coverage
    • Staffed with Board-Certified emergency physicians, nurses, and clinical staff specially trained in trauma and advanced cardiac life support
    • Nurses with advanced emergency nurse certification (CEN) and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) certification
    • Specialty rooms for gynecology, ear-nose-throat, trauma, and cardiac patients
    • Excellent Medical Subspecialty Backup
    • Coordination with EMS providers to ensure rapid response and treatment of stroke patients
    • Easy access to ancillary services not available elsewhere in the community, including neurological care, interventional radiology, and a high-level Intensive Care Unit

    Requirements:

    • DEA must remain in-state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing to transfer and maintain DEA in-state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in-state DEA to remain in-state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility
    • Board Certified in ABEM
    • Active NH License
    • Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local" and will not be eligible for this role
