Internal Medicine Physician

Job Title: Primary Care Provider

Job Description:

• 3-month assignment to start
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• No call, no weekends

Clinical Details:

• Provide primary care at both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities
• See 15-20 patients a day
• Work at one facility per day
• Multiple sites in the catchment area
• Medication management
• Adult and geriatric patients
• Oversee APP's onsite

Clinical Support:

• Nurse Practitioner

Requirements:

• Active Ohio License
• ACLS, BLS
• Active OH DEA
• Board certified
• AMDA certification preferred but not required

• Chart Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe - point click care
