Job Description:

Coverage needed from December 30, 2024, to January 2026
Cover 2 sites

Schedule:

Monday - Friday
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
Alternate call weeks, call would be 24/7 for that week and weekend can cover both locations' established patients and hospital consults

Clinical Details:

90% Outpatient, 10% Inpatient
Cases/Procedures include E&M, Consults, Follow-ups, Treatments, Pluvicto if willing
Will likely supervise a Locum APP

Requirements:

1 year of work experience
Case logs: 3 months
BLS
Active MI License or IMLC
DEA
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
