Job Description:

• Coverage Needed:

  • November - December
  • December - December
  • December - January

• Clinical Information:

  • 24 hour unrestricted call coverage for hospital
  • Support nurse, resident, intern
  • EMR: EPIC
  • ENT/Trauma
  • Will get calls from 2 facilities so must be comfortable with peds

Requirements:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing to transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in-state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility
• Peds and Adults required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with 7 years of training
