Job Description:

Coverage Needed: November 7, 2024 - Ongoing
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday 8:30-5p
- Wednesday - Friday 7:30a-3:30p
- Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center and 3 days per week in the clinic setting

Clinical Details:

12-15 patients per shift
Outpatient
Adult patients
4 Exam Rooms
All Epidurals, Facet Injections, Ablations, and other procedures are performed at the Surgery Center

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active CA License
ACLS
Active FLURO Required, will consider providers that have a temp FLURO in hand
