Job Description:

Coverage needed from January 20, 2025, ongoing for 3 months
Ideally 7-14 days per month, Jan 20-25
Site needs consecutive coverage Monday to Friday, 8-5 hours per day with no weekends or call

Clinical Details:

Inpatient setting
Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
Solo practice, grossing is required
Daily volume of 10-15 cases, heavy on small GI biopsies
Notable GYN path, approximately 1 cancer case per week
Consulting pathologists available at sister hospital with courier service
Sister hospital offers regular tumor boards and breast pretreatment conferences

Requirements:

Board Certified
Active CA License
Fellowship preferred
ACLS, BLS certifications
Must have CA Fluoroscopy license

Call Details:

Beeper call
Call response time required: 30 min for STEMI
Patients seen: 1-5 per day
After-hours call is very rare
Weekend call is non-existent
