Job Description:

Coverage needed from March 31, 2025, ongoing
Schedule includes approximately 1 week per month starting July 2025
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (onsite)
- Night Call 4:00 pm - 7:00 am
Saturday - Sunday, 24 Hour Call 7:00 am - 7:00 am
Specific Dates:
- Mar 31-Apr 6
- Apr 21-27
- Apr 28-May 4
- June 30-July 6

Clinical Details:

Trauma Level III
Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic
Average # of patients seen per day during clinic: 6 - 12
See patients in clinic
OR time for various procedures

Requirements:

Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
Board Certified Urology
Active DEA (will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)
BLS
Must acknowledge understanding of the EMR training requirements
Clean Malpractice / Background
