Family Medicine APP

Location: South Jordan, UT

Job Description:

• Work collaboratively in a Walk-In Care Clinic to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement)
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Other certification as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution (Degree will be verified)
• At least 2 years of Walk-In Care experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job

Work Schedule:

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Compensation:

• The hourly range for this position: $54.84 - $84.63 (Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience)
