Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Description:

• Work as an Advanced Practice Provider in a primary care clinic
• See approximately 24 patients per day for wellness checks, chronic condition treatment, diagnostic testing, laboratory services, and immunizations
• Practice at Sunset Primary Care Clinic in Southwest Las Vegas
• Work 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts during clinic hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm
• No call required

Requirements:

• Unrestricted Nevada NP or PA license
• Current Nevada DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Current Nevada Pharmacy Board license required prior to start date
• Current BLS
• Minimum of two years of experience in Primary Care as an APP

Physical Requirements:

• Ongoing need to see and read information, assess patient needs, and operate monitors
• Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors
• Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate equipment with precision
• Expected to lift and transfer patients, retrieve, and carry supplies and equipment
• Need to walk, assist with transporting patients, and navigate crowded rooms
• May stand in a stationary position for extended periods

The hourly range for this position is $54.84 - $84.63, dependent upon experience.
