Radiation Therapy Manager

Location: Cody, Wyoming

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and personnel management within the department
• Manage the operation of all technical equipment and ensure adherence to clinical standards of care
• Serve as a liaison with external vendors to ensure PM contracts and equipment maintenance
• Evaluate and procure department equipment and supplies
• Adjust staffing levels to maintain safe, quality patient care
• Develop an onboarding process for radiation therapist competence
• Communicate updates with caregivers and physicians through various forms of communication
• Manage human resource functions including interviewing, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure equipment is operating properly through quality assurance checks
• Execute treatment plans as per radiation oncologist instructions
• Maintain professional ethics and adhere to national standards

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program, with a preferred Baccalaureate Degree in Radiation Therapy Technology
• Registered member in good standing of the ARRT in radiation therapy or registry eligible
• Current license in the state of Wyoming
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum three years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Two years of related leadership and/or management experience preferred

Work Schedule:

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Compensation:

• Hourly range: $43.67 - $67.41
